Ingredients :
A
3 oz of brown rice / polished rice ( cook until soft )

300 g of tenggiri ( steam to soft, remove all bones )
C
10 anchovies ( wash properly to remove salt and dirts, mashed )
10 spinach leaves
2 oz of carrots
3 oz of broccoli
D
2 tbs of sunflower oil
1 piece of cinnamon
1 piece of star annise
3 pieces of curry leaves
1 onion ( chopped )
How to cook
- Heat the oil in a pan
- Stir-fry the cinnamon, star annise, curry leaves and chopped onion until fragrant.
- Put in the soft rice ( porridge ) and stir for a while.
- Add in the mashed anchovies and stir.
- Add in the tenggiri fish.
- Add the carrots and cook for 5 minutes, then add broccoli and spinach.
- Wait for another 5 minutes or until cook.
- Now the porridge is ready to serve.
- Do not forget to remove the dry herbs ( cinnamon, star annise and curry leaves ) before serving.
- This recipe is suitable for baby from 9 month old upwards.
- For younger baby, you may need to blend the porridge to get the desire consistency before serving it.
- Never add salt and sugar. The dried herbs produce delicious taste and aroma to this porridge.
